White and Blue Enamel Fish Earrings

White and blue enamel fish earrings. The design is hand painted with enamel paint, and fired to make it permanent.

Details:
- Vitreous enamel on copper
- Measures 1 3/4 inch from top of hook, 5/8 inch wide
- Hand formed ear wires are sterling silver
- Ready to ship in 1-2 business days

Process:
To create these earrings, I hand cut, file, and shape each fish, then fire lead free vitreous enamel in a kiln to over 1500°. While firing, the enamel fuses to the copper. Multiple layers and firings are necessary to achieve the look of these earrings.

- Enamel is glass. Please take care to not drop it, and keep it in a safe place when not being worn.
