Jewelry Care and Policies

Jewelry Care:

Sterling Silver: I recommend Sunshine Cloths or ProPolish Pads to clean and polish. I do not recommend using a dip, especially with pieces that have stones. Dips tend to be corrosive to silver, and can damage stones.

Enamel: Clean with mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

Orders:

Ready to ship pieces will ship within 1-2 business days. Made to Order pieces ship in approximately 1 week. 

Most pieces ship USPS first class, with tracking. Priority Mail upgrades are available.

Please read all listing descriptions, and see all pictures. Each piece has two scale photos, and all dimensions are given in each listing.

All orders are final sale. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me.

I reserve the right to cancel any order that appear to be fraudulent.

Custom order requests are taken on a case-by-case basis. A 50% deposit will be required up front, with the full amount paid when the item is complete, before it ships.
