Surfite Pendant

Surfite pendant.

Surfite is an upcycled by-product of the surfboard shaping industry. When the final coat of a surfboard is poured, the excess drips onto the floor. What would be normally thrown away is taken and cut into beautiful cabochons. Each stripe is from a different surfboard!

Details:
- Measures 1 1/8 x  1 inch
- The bezel is fine silver, while the backplate is sterling silver
- 18 inch foxtail chain
- Ready to ship in 1-2 business days

Process:
To create this pendant, I use traditional silversmithing techniques including sawing, filing, soldering, and hand polishing.
