Size 8 Fordite Statement Ring

Size 8 fordite statement ring. This fordite includes swirls of green, blue, white, and a little red.

Fordite is upcycled car paint. Cars were painted on assembly lines and sent into a furnace to cure. The runoff would accumulate in layers, resulting in the swirls you see in the cabochon.

- Measures 5/8 x 1 inch
- The bezel is fine silver, while the backplate and ring shank are sterling silver
- The double half-round ring shank is 5mm wide
- Ready to ship in 1-2 business days

Process:
To create this ring, I use traditional silversmithing techniques including sawing, filing, soldering, hammering, and hand polishing.
